This is a two part instructional activity. The first part consists of eight questions about healthy lifestyle choices. These can be answered out loud, or by using the thumbs up/down method as the teacher reads aloud. It can also be printed out and answered on paper. Either way, I encourage having a discussion on each question. The second part involves interviewing a few people and then creating a Venn diagram to compare and contrast the answers.
